Jonathan is a Product Engineer at ICG working across the full product development lifecycle to build end‑to‑end tools that support predictive analytics derived from ICMA data and industrial engineering applications native to construction. His work spans database architecture, backend logic, and user‑facing applications—always grounded in how fabricators and modular builders actually use data in the field and factory.

Jonathan began his journey with ICG as an intern, where he quickly made an impact by asking tough questions and helping rethink how data was structured and shared. One of his early contributions involved redesigning ICG’s data architecture—moving the team away from spreadsheet‑based workflows toward a centralized, database connected to both internal and external applications. This work created a stronger foundation for collaboration and more reliable decision‑making.

Today, Jonathan continues to advance ICG’s product platform, focusing on how construction organizations can move beyond lagging indicators toward more predictive process insights through better data systems and analytics.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys staying active—playing basketball, hiking, and biking—as well as traveling with friends and family and relaxing with video games.
