Nick has been a driving force for change in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has held positions in mechanical contracting, fire protection, design/build, engineering, and modular. Nick uses Lean principles to shift the mindset of owners, builders, and designers to industrialized construction. He also draws on his experience as a former Naval Officer, where standard work, continuous improvement, and operational excellence is an expectation. Nick is enthusiastic, action-orientated and makes an authentic personal commitment to people and teams: he makes change happen. 

Outside of work, Nick is a nationally-licensed soccer coach, avid Formula 1 fan, and enjoys exploring on his motorcycle. He lives in New Hampshire with his wife and extended family.
