Ruth is a Product Manager at ICG, focused on helping transform industry expertise into products that deliver scalable solutions for prefabrication and modular construction teams. Her background spans SaaS and AI-enabled product development, where she developed a passion for understanding customer needs and turning complex challenges into practical solutions. 

Ruth works closely with prefabrication and modular teams and ICG’s industrial engineering and manufacturing SMEs to help shape the next generation of production planning and operating tools to support industrialized construction. She is particularly interested in how technology and data can make specialized knowledge more accessible to construction teams, enabling organizations to improve decision-making, strengthen performance, and continuously improve.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys creative pursuits such as cooking, painting, exploring new cuisines, and discovering different cultures through travel.
