Having worked as an operational and lean leader in manufacturing, general contracting, and modular manufacturing (BLOX), Sally’s expertise cuts across the industrialized construction ecosystem. Sally is a driver of change: her depth of knowledge and experience in adapting manufacturing for construction is top-notch. She brings proven and practical experience, having set up and launched more than 50 modular products. As a veteran of both the manufacturing industry and construction, Sally has practical, first-hand experience with the very real challenges faced by designers, fabricators, and installers. She is data driven, process oriented, curious, and creative: she makes change happen.

Outside of work, Sally is a United States Tennis Association (USTA) ranked player, loves fishing, and lives in Birmingham, Alabama with her husband.
