Will is a Process Engineer with a background in industrial engineering and manufacturing systems. After getting his start in the construction industry as an intern with a modular manufacturer during college, he went on to gain experience in automotive manufacturing, working within complex, high‑volume production environments.
At ICG, Will applies manufacturing rigor and continuous‑improvement thinking to construction manufacturing systems supporting owners, contractors and trade partners as they strengthen how work is planned, executed and scaled. His work is focused on production optimization across data centers, healthcare, and housing, where reliability, repeatability, and system discipline are critical.
Outside of work, Will enjoys staying active, golfing, and spending fall Saturdays watching college football!
