As we move into the second half of 2025, we’re excited to share some updates from the Industrialized Construction Maturity Assessment (ICMA) Medallion system.
Reminder - What is the ICMA Medallion System?
The ICMA provides a system, process, and capabilities view of Industrialized Construction – the missing link in helping productizing owners and suppliers to finally answer “what good looks like” so prefab can truly be a win-win. The Medallion System aims to recognize Owners and Fabricators who demonstrate dedication to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in industrialized construction.
