One of the things that unites the ICG team is our belief in our mission:

to equip builders, suppliers, and owners with systems, skills, and insights to scale industrialized construction.

We regularly get to see first-hand how building new skills shifts mindsets. New skills and new mindsets, go a LONG way toward enabling industrialized construction success. This is why our Construction Manufacturing Fundamentals Course is so critical, and why it's the baseline for moving toward skill- and role-based certifications.

We regularly hold multiple versions of this course, anywhere from 2 hrs to 2 days, both online and in-person. The course work explores:

  • Value stream mapping to visualize and improve workflows

  • Time studies, takt time, and workload balancing to boost performance

  • Understanding Batch vs. Single Piece Flow

  • Tools and daily processes for an effective Daily Management System

We are especially energized when our mission supports in achieving their vision. Sally Mizell and Stephen Hayes recently had the privilege of delivering a two-day version of Construction Manufacturing Fundamentals at Module. Module inspired ICG with their vision. Thank you, Module!
